TUF-1000-VG Automatic Plastic Tube Filler and Sealer

The TUF-1000-VG is a tube filling and sealing machine, suitable for filling all kinds of semi-viscous and viscous products into plastic tubes. It can be used for pharmaceuticals, food products, cosmetics and chemicals. Some of the products filled with this tube filler are ointments and lotions, caulks and adhesives, squeezable food products like cheeze spreads and peanut butter. Tube feeding, filling, sealing, and finished product output are all conducted by a fully automated control system featuring Siemens S7-700 Touch Screen technology.. The TUF-1000-VG tube filler/sealers offer quick adjustment, which makes them suitable for using multiple kinds of soft plastic or metal tubes.
