The SBI-3490-DA is a fully automatic shrink bundling systems for bundling multi 6, 12, 24 and 30 packs of beverages, pharmaceutical products, bundles of paper and plastic bag products such as sugar, pet food and flour, boxes like industrial components or food, and stacked products like magazines. Depending on the product, this system will put out up to 18 bundled packages per minute
Your product feeds directly from your production line conveyor onto the product infeed section of the wrapper. The product is oriented into three or four lanes and collated into the required pack sizes. The lines of product are conveyed against a stop plate containing a micro-switch product sensing device. This action starts the packaging sequence. From there the required number of products would be pushed forward through the seal jaws and into the film. As the product pusher retreats, the sealing system is activated bringing together the seal jaws by way of pneumatic cylinders, to seal a sleeve of polyethylene film around the package. As the sealing jaws release, the wrapper discharge conveyor starts up to remove the package from the seal area to make room for the next pack. The wrapper discharge conveyor delivers the package to the shrink tunnel and transfers it onto the shrink tunnel conveyor.
Configurations:
Single Row Collating / 90 degree product turn: One line of product is pushed through the film at a 90 degree angle.
Multi-Row Collating with Product Pusher: One line of product is collated one a row at a time and then is pushed through the film at a 90 degree angle.
Multi-Lane Infeed Collating: One line of product is feed onto the infeed conveyor and then separated into multiple rows before it is pushed through the film at a 90 degree angle

Seal head - A Teflon coated sealing head thermostatically controlled by a time proportional electronic controller with digital readout. Maximum temperature fluctuations of 2'C.
