The CFS-1500-YS is an Automatic Rotary Cup Filling and Sealing machine for filling of good-flow or half-viscosity liquid product, like pudding and jelly, into cup-shape container. This is a fully automatic machine that includes automatic cup loading, filling and sealing in a compact rotary configuration. It can be easily operated by a single person.

Features:

• The rotary design needs only a small area to save space.
• Fully automatic cup loading, filling, sealing and product pushing-out functions. Only one person is required to take out the container.
• Piston filling design, suitable or good-flow or half-viscosity liquid application.
• No filling and sealing if cup is lacking.
• The machine will stop running automatically when the sealed container is not removed and once removed the machine will restart automatically.
• Coding device can be fitted as an option.
