The FVS-4000-ST Vacuum Filling machines are completely self contained, portable, and requires no electricity. These features make them ideal for filling everything from nail enamels to perfumes. Fill levels are adjustable and consistent regardless of the product. The FVS-4000-ST machines are easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy as sliding new bottles under the fill heads or pushing the foot pedal. In addition to being a dedicated filler for your product line, the FVS-4000-ST can also serve as an inexpensive backup unit, eliminating down time and costly set-ups for small runs.

Vacuum filling systems draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction. The constant vacuum is created by a vacuum pump connected to a vacuum chamber and a special filling valve. The filling valve is made up of a filling sleeve and within the filling sleeve there is a vacuum tube. The vacuum tube is used to draw the excess product back to the vacuum chamber and prevent overfill. The fill level of the container is determined by the depth of the vacuum port within the neck of the container. When the product reaches the vacuum port, the fill is completed, but the flow continues through the vacuum tube until the seal on the container is broken or the vacuum pump is stopped. The fill level will be the same regardless of bottle inconsistencies.
