The FGI-4000-AP is an inline Gravity Bottle Filling Machine with loads of features for filling your needs now and into the future. We manufacture this liquid bottle filler with a heavy duty 304 Stainless steel, welded C frame, and all contact parts in stainless steel and sanitary polymers.

An Omron PLC controls all machine logic functions. For flexibility, it is programmable, with special modifications on programs available for special applications. For easy changeovers, you can program for different bottle sizes and flow rates. It includes a 40 Gallon per minute double diaphragm pump for feeding tank supply.
