This easy to use table-top filling system is ideally suited for small volume fills of high value, aqueous or light viscosity products like pharmaceutical preparations, perfumes and fragrances, reagents, essential oils, inks, dyes, thin paint and specialty chemicals. It is easy to use and quick to change over products with no risk for cross contamination. This system can be easily be upgraded to as many as 24 Channels (4 dual pump heads). A variety of tubing materials and sizes are available to match your specific product and budgets. In many cases, very inexpensive tubing can be used and then discarded, saving costly clean-up time. And the system pumps most products directly from your bulk tank, eliminating transfer of product from one tank to another.

This easy-to-use fixture integrates labor consuming tasks (if done by hand) into a fast, precise, and continual use system that can be used by as little as one operator. For extremely small runs, in which a single filling channel (nozzle/tube) can be efficiently hand-held and moved from bottle to bottle, this feature is not recommended. But for larger runs, where quick, repeatable indexing of bottles under the fill head nozzles is required, this component is very cost effective and easy to use.
