Our CAH-2000 is a semi-automatic, pneumatic, hand held bottle capper that tightens or removes screw type bottle caps. The CAH-2000 has externally adjustable clutches to set the torque from 13 to 82.5 in-lbs. Simply turn a dial to set the correct torque. That helps eliminate cap damage and reduces insert wear. Like our other hand held cappers, it starts tightening with a gentle push down on the bottle, no on/off switches or levers. Once the cap is tight, the chuck automatically stops and you can move on to the next bottle.

The CAH-2000 comes complete with an adjustable overhead self-balancer with retracting air line. The tool can be suspended neatly and weightlessly over-head and out of the way during case changes, reducing labor fatigue. Chucks and Inserts are sold separately, configured for your products and production*.
