A Packaging Systems CAH-1000-AC air operated hand held capping machines are capable of tightening or removing screw and lug type caps. This capping machine has adjustable torque control to eliminate cap damage and reduce insert wear. Our hand held capping machines use push-to-start technology and automatically shuts off when the cap is tightened to the pre-set torque. All cappers include a self-balancer that allows the tool to be suspended neatly and weightlessly over-head, out of the way during case changes. This manual hand held capping machine reduces operator fatigue and increases productivity.
