Our CAH-1000 is a semi-automatic, pneumatic, hand held capper that tightens or removes screw type bottle caps. The CAH-1000 has externally adjustable clutches to set the torque from 6.9 to 34.7 in-lbs. Simply turn a dial to set the correct torque. That helps eliminate cap damage and reduces insert wear. Like our other hand held cappers, it starts tightening with a gentle push down on the bottle, no on/off switches or levers. Once the cap is tight, the chuck automatically stops and you can move on to the next bottle.
 
The CAH-1000 comes with an adjustable overhead self-balancer with retracting air line, that allows the tool to be suspended neatly and weightlessly over-head, out of the way during case changes, reducing labor fatigue. Chucks and Inserts are sold separately, configured for your products and production*.
